STYLIST IN STORE

Your position

Under the supervision of the Manager, the Stylist in store is responsible for greeting and helping clients with a personalized approach based on the Boutique 1861 customer service experience standards. We are currently looking for full-time and part-time candidates.

Tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensure that the opening and the closing of the store is done according to standards with the help of the list of tasks.
  • Greet and serve clients with a personalized approach based the customer service standards
  • Provide advice to clients according to their personal inclinations
  • Suggest taking the selected clothes from the clients in order to start a fitting room
  • Help each client with a personalized approach at the fitting room
  • Replace all clothes at their initial location on the floor once the fitting is completed
  • Sort clothes by type: sale, last chance, etc.
  • Complete all transactions at the cash
  • Retrieve all orders and clothes at the Online Store
  • Manage all returns according to the return policies and procedures and hand them to the Online Store
  • Ensure the daily restock of the store
  • Execute different daily tasks of storage and maintenance during less busy periods
  • Dress the mannequins in order to convey the current mood and trends
  • Work in partnership with other stores and the Online Store in order to answer any client request within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Comply to all organizational policies and procedures, including all human resources policies and health and safety procedures.
  • Any other related task
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • No experience required for this positions
  • Bilingualism, written and oral
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Great ability to work independently
  • Good ability to work under pressure and to multitask
  • Great ability to communicate with others

    WRAPPING CLERK

    Your position

    Under the supervision of the Team Leader, the Wrapping Clerk is responsible of preparing the orders of the Online Store with precision and style in order to make sure that all packages are shipped in the desired timeframe. We are currently looking for part-time candidates.

    Tasks and responsibilities
    • Verify the accuracy of the order and the shipping address
    • Perform a quality control check and steam clothes if necessary
    • Wrap the order with precision and style by using the tissue paper and ribbons when applicable
    • Seal boxes with the 1861 tape
    • Hand over all orders to the different delivery services
    • Manage the furniture of the Online Store by organizing the daily restock of the Uline supply
    • Work in partnership with other stores and the Online Store in other to answer any wrapping request within a reasonable timeframe.
    • Comply to all organizational policies and procedures, including all human resources policies and health and safety procedures.
    • Any other related task
    Qualifications
    • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
    • No required experience of this positions
    • Bilingualism, written and oral
    • Good efficiency in executing tasks
    • Excellent ability to manage priorities
    • Great ability to work independently
    • Good sense of organization

      MOBILE EMPLOYEE

      Your position

      Under the supervision of the President and the Marketing Director, the mobile employee works in our different stores and some department in the Online store. 

      Tasks and responsibilities

      Stylist in store

      • Ensure that the opening and the closing of the store are done according to standards with the help of the list of tasks.
      • Greet and serve clients with a personalized approach based customer service standards
      • Provide advice to clients according to their personal inclinations

      • Work in partnership with other stores and the Online Store in order to answer any request within a reasonable timeframe;
      • Comply with all organizational policies and procedures, including all human resources policies and health and safety procedures;
      • Any other related task

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
      • No experience required for these positions
