Full price items are eligible for a full refund, a store credit with a 5$ bonus (per order) or an exchange if returned within 15 days from the date of reception of your order.
Sale items are only eligible for a store credit (without bonus) or an exchange if returned within 15 days from the date of reception of your order.
Final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
