Annie | Short Floral Dress w/ Puff Sleeves

It's not the first time that I purchase something from 1861 and it will not be the last!

As soon as saw the Annie dress, I went online to purchase it but it was sold out. However, thanks to their notification service, they emailed me when the dress became available again and put it on hold for 12 hours so that I can purchase it (all of this happened on Christmas Eve and they answered me right away!).

When the dress arrived (in beautiful packaging and only a couple of days later - it shipped out the same day as usual), the fit was good and it was beautifully made but I wanted to try a larger size just to see the difference. I called the online store number and they were SO nice and helpful: they found the dress in one of their Montreal stores and put it on hold for 2 days for me to go try it on. Once I got to the store, the sales associates were EXTREMELY helpful... They steamed the dress for me, offered me shoes to try it on with and even gave me helpful advice on which one I should choose and found me a 'dress bag' for my dress so that it didn't get wrinkled on the way home.

All in all, I am always very pleased with the service I receive at Boutique 1861. They are simply amazing and I recommend it to everyone!

Je l adore, malgré que sa taille est plus haute qu'à l habitude, elle fait tout de même très bien.

J'ai apprecié mon experience la robe me fait a la perfeciton, donc les indications de grandeurs sont précises. Pas de mauvais surprise le cout de foudre que j,ai eu en la voyant sur votre site est le meme que lorsque j'ai ouvert la boite. Votre service est impecable meme en magasin :)
