Lovely dress overall. Seems to

Lovely dress overall. Seems to be fairly well built, though near the armpit, there's a strange bit of thread that isn't just a loose strand (but it doesn't appear to be at risk of unraveling entirely). Fabric will probably feel a little nicer/softer on the skin once the dress is washed once. Measurements are a little odd, and I fit between all 3 available sizes (33" bust x 27" waist x 36.5" hip). On the recommendation of the lovely 1861 colleague I chatted with, I bought the small. Hip fits fine (dress has a fairly high waist). Bust/waist are tight, but not uncomfortably so in my opinion, and going up to a medium have been too big.
