Absolutely lovely

I ordered a 6 - it fit true to size, and falls mid-calf for me. I usually wear a S or M, and am about 5'.

I had been eyeing this dress since last year and when it went on sale I bought it immediately. The pictures make it seem very light and airy (perfect for summer) and very flattering with the tie at the waist and deep V.

That being said, the material is much heavier/thicker than I expected, it's close to a thick cotton or linen, almost a light canvas feel. I don't mind this as it will make it more versatile throughout the year. The sleeves are cute, but since the fabric is stiffer, it comes off a bit more... Pilgrim? Colonial? I've shortened the sleeves to make it more flattering and less boxy, but if you're tall or quite lean it should be fine.

Elegant and High Quality

This dress is extremely flattering and elegant. The fit hugs my curves, and the neckline is low enough to be flattering but not too low. The fabric is very soft and high quality. The skirt has an underlining as well for extra comfort and volume. I highly recommend this dress!
