Winter wonderful!

Love this dress. I am 5ft 9, and it hits right at my knee. Looks best with a belt to break up all the black. It does sit a little high in the waist. I find it fits true to size with a bit of room due to the elastic waist. Overall, great dress! Perfect for the winter!
