For these two States and territories, please select UPS Worldwide Shipping. Moreover, please note that UPS Standard Shipping does not ship to any P.O. Boxes nor to any Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.
INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are subject to customs & duty fees collected upon delivery. The duty rate may vary depending on your country of residence. It is your responsibility to check if these costs apply. If a parcel is refused and returned to us, related fees will be deducted from your refund. For logistical reasons, our wedding dresses cannot be shipped internationally. For more information, we invite you to contact the customs agency of your country of residence.

Processing your order
All orders are processed in the order we receive them. There may be a delay of 24 to 48 hours allowing the preparation of the order.
Please take note that orders placed during the weekend do not leave our premises until the following Monday. The delivery time is therefore calculated from Tuesday, if it is a business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
You will receive a tracking number from Canada Post or UPS so you can track your package.
We deliver to any valid Canadian or international address, providing they are in an authorized country (the countries are listed above in the International Shipping Fees section).
Sales tax
As in store, sales taxes are applied on items bought on 1861.ca, in compliance with federal and provincial laws, according to your order's total value and the shipping address.
Orders shipped internationally or to the United States are not currently submitted to any sales tax. These conditions may change without notice.

If a package is returned to us because it was not claimed by you, refused by you, or due to a delivery attempt to a wrong address, we will refund the merchandise minus the shipping fees charged by Canada Post or UPS. Alternatively, you can pay the shipping fees in order to have your package sent again.
