The Lovina Petal dress is

The Lovina Petal dress is so beautiful in it's simplicity & would look lovely on anyone with a body type like the mannequin. I would give this dress 5 stars but unfortunately, the dress is not made for someone like me: 5'5" tall with a larger bust & shorter torso. Because the straps are adjustable, it could potentially accommodate various bust sizes, however, the darts on the side may not be in the right position for everyone. Since my torso is shorter than the mannequin's, there is a lot material that bunches up & sticks out around the waist...not a good look. The dress length is also quite long & even with heels on, I would have needed to have it hemmed.
A word of advice, make sure you check to see how much shipping an item back would cost in case you need to make a return. I took a chance & ordered this dress since there was free shipping & assumed return shipping wouldn't cost too much. To my surprise, it ended up costing me almost $20 for regular parcel shipping & a bubble envelope.

Beautiful dress! Feels nice on! If you are shorter (I am 5’3”) the torso area buckled a bit, but I’m sure that could be corrected with the help of a seamstress. The gown flows nicely and provides great coverage!

Made for someone taller

I’m 5,10 and this fit perfect. Body is adjustable but overall better for someone 5’8 or higher. The skirt is very long. Beautiful colour and good quality.
