I picked this dress for my undergrad convocation and an upcoming wedding. It is perfect! Elegant and sophisticated, yet also really fun. Size small was great for me, but since I’m a B cup, I will be using fabric tape for more coverage. If you’re a C cup this would probably fit you perfectly. The dress arrived extremely fast, the package itself was so thoughtful. I will definitely be a returning customer.

The whole experience of the dress purchase exceeded my expectations. Reasonably priced, delivered quickly, and packaged beautifully. A few threads stick out and the material is very delicate, so be careful. I was hesitant the dress wouldn't fit properly or the colour would be off, but it fits perfectly (ordered a small and am 5'4 and 120lbs) and the colour is as seen in the photos on the mannequin not the video. I intend to wear this dress for multiple occasions. Overall, loved my experience shopping at 1861.

We don’t offer in-house alterations and aren’t partnered with a seamstress. You’ll need to arrange this yourself, but we’re happy to suggest what to ask for. 😊
