Beautiful Dress, Fast Shipping

This dress so elegant and simple, and much prettier in person! The tulle fabric has a light sparkle to it. It is very well made, great quality! Make sure you measure your bust correctly before ordering your size. I found that it was very tight around my cleavage (making it a little too revealing). Not the dress for a larger chest, but certainly perfect for someone! It is gorgeous!! Shipping to Ontario was fast and the packaging is beautiful. So much attention to detail!

Let me start by saying

Let me start by saying you can tell the care and attention that Boutique 1861 provides. The overall ordering process was so easy, and I was updated throughout the way on the progress (I'm an American citizen so was a little anxious of the delivery). The dress arrived in a box vs just a bag, and the packaging was so beautiful. Details of adding one of their scents to the shipment, the beautiful and intricate wrapping and bow, the measuring tape bonus and the hand-written card all made for an exciting reveal of the dress I intended for my forest elopement.

In terms of the dress itself, it is beautiful. The champagne lining, lace detail, and the shimmery tulle are all so beautiful. The straps in the open back unfortunately are a little large and they bunch up. I'm concerned about the integrity of the pattern being lost if I take it in for alterations. That is yet to be determined. Overall, though it is a very lovely dress and so affordable yet still a beautiful option for a wedding.
