I am 5'8"/172cm and about 150 lbs/68 kg and the medium fit so comfortably. The fabric is smooth and high-quality, and the zipper was easy to get by myself (it didn't catch on the waist/midline seam at all). Perfect dress for occasions where I want to impress but in a low-key fashion.
