I ordered this dress in two diffent sizes that were available as I was unsure of sizing. One in grey one champagne. They were so beautiful! I'm usually a 10 but on this dress the 14 fit perfectly. Will be getting married in it. Very comfortable and delivery was quick.

I love this dress!!! It is perfect for our small elopement style wedding.
It does run very small. I’m usually an 8 so I bought the 8 but had to return it for a 12.
The experience of shopping online was a bit scary but the ladies who helped me were amazing. They were able to process my return with no issues and answer any questions I had.
I got my new dress quickly and it fits perfect.

Beautiful dress, great quality, and arrived less than a week after I bought it! I was worried about buying a strapless dress, but it feels totally secure and has no chance of slipping down. I bought the size 4 and it was a couple inches too long even with heels (I’m 5’6”), but that’s easily fixed at a tailors. Overall, very happy with this dress!

J'ai commandé la robe le samedi midi et dès le lundi matin elle était arrivée.
Elle est magnifique, exactement comme sur la photo. Je suis plus que satisfaite de cette achat. J'avais peur de commander en ligne mais ça en vaux la peine. De plus, une petite attention se trouve dans la boîte. C'est très agréable. Je recommande vivement la boutique !

J'hésitais entre 2 tailles alors j'ai demandé de l'aide avec le service à la clientèle. La taille 6 était trop grande pour moi en fin de compte alors j'ai commandé la taille 4 qui me fait beaucoup mieux! (Ça aide avoir un dos style corset car ça permet de mieux ajuster - j'espère qu'il y aura plus de robes dans ce style!) Dans les 2 cas, l'emballage était impeccable - commander de 1861 c'est comme recevoir un cadeau!

I was torn between 2 sizes (in my case, I ended up sizing down) and the staff was very patient with me and my multiple questions about the dress. And of course, both dresses arrived in such careful and delicate packaging! I hope 1861 will consider adding more corset-back styles to their collection as they add such a touch of timeless elegance!

Beautiful dress, great value and such thoughtful packaging as always. I bought this dress as a backup emergency gown for my wedding. Since this whole Covid fiasco started, we have had so many challenges which I’m sure many other brides have been struggling with. We delayed our reception but still plan to tie the knot in a private ceremony in the coming weeks. I had sent in my wedding dress for alterations last month and now that the bridal shop that is taking care of it is closed, I don’t know when I’ll be getting it back. 1861 came through with excellent customer service, fast shipping and a beautiful dress, making me the proud bride I always dreamt of being.
